Covered

  1. Guru Decor Inc products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship or failure to operate.
  2. All internal mechanisms for 5 years.
  3. Mechanism of cordless zebra & roller blinds for 2 years
  4. Components and brackets for 5 years.
  5. Fabric delamination for 3 years.
  6. Operational cords for 5 years from the original purchase date.
  7. Guru Decor motorization are covered for 2 years from the original purchase date.
  8. Labor cost for 1 year.
  9. Repairs and/or replacements will be made with the closest available parts or products.
  10. Guru Decor Inc warranty extends only to the original purchaser.

Not Covered

  1. Incidental, consequential damages, Misuse or abuse.
  2. Normal wear and tear.
  3. Warranty excludes any damage done to the product due to customer reprogramming motors.
  4. Overexposure to the Sun, Moisture wind & water.
  5. Normal wear & tear and discoloration or fading over time.
  6. Extraordinary use, improper operation, improper handling or alterations.
  7. Improper maintenance and care that was recommended by the Guru Decor
  8. Pet or Insect Damage.
  9. Wavering, cupping or billowing in fabric, which is expected in all fabrics in varying degrees, depending on the individual properties of each particular fabric.
  10. Yellowing and/or cracking of plastic parts and/or foam wood product over time.

Warranty Claim Processing

Purchaser must contact service department or our distributor in your area to organise the return or replacement of the product.
